To apply for a Manulife Bank MasterCard®:
- Ask your financial advisor for an application for the Manulife Bank mbna rewards MasterCard® credit card.
- If you don’t have a financial advisor, please call Manulife Bank at 1-877-765-2265 for help finding an advisor or to request a MasterCard® application.
Guaranteed Approval Program1
When you apply for a Manulife One account, you may be eligible for our Guaranteed Approval Program. Ask your Banking Consultant for details. Note that this program is only available at the time you open your Manulife One account.

If you’ve applied for a Manulife Bank mbna rewards MasterCard® and would like to inquire about the status of your application, please contact MBNA® at 1-888-898-1620, Monday to Thursday: 8 AM to 9 PM EST;
Friday: 8 AM to 7 PM EST.
