How to apply
To apply for a Manulife Bank MasterCard:
- Ask your financial advisor for an application for the Manulife Bank Platinum Plus® MasterCard® with WorldPoints®.
- If you don't have a financial advisor, please call Manulife Bank at 1–877–765–2265 for help finding an advisor or to request a MasterCard application.
Guaranteed Approval Program1
When you apply for a Manulife One account, you may be eligible for our Guaranteed Approval Program. Ask your Banking Consultant for details. Note that this program is only available at the time you open your Manulife One account.

If you are a WorldPoints MasterCard customer and have any questions about your account or the program in general, please call MBNA's customer satisfaction line at: 1–888–877–6262.
Application status information
If you've applied for a WorldPoints MasterCard and would like to inquire about the status of your application, please contact MBNA at 1–888–898–1620, Monday to Thursday: 8 AM to 9 PM EST; Friday: 8 AM to 7 PM EST.
